Theme Crashes Springboard

I downloaded from Cydia a theme called "AnimeCyber", but whenever I turn it on via Winterboard, Srpingboard crashes! It is supposed to be compatible with my iPhone 1G (2G w/e) iOS 3.1.3!

Please help!

Uninstall the theme from cydia WHILE IN SAFE
MODE...

Oh I'm sorry, I wasn't specific or clear about what I wanted to do.
I really want this theme. Is there a way to fix it or delete something that might be affecting it?
The theme is from Codethemed, a site for themes.
It says that it should be compatible, but I don't know

I doubt that a theme can actually crash your iDevice...all they are basically are just images in folder. Unless, this theme has some corrupted images, or something to that effect.
