All of my apps are gone 
Not sure what happened with my update but all of my apps are gone and my Apple ID no longer works. It says my password is incorrect when I try to login, and when I attempt the password reset, the email never comes. My Apple ID pretty much disappeared. I did back up my phone before the update. Even the "genius" in the Apple store couldn't fix my issue so I'm hoping that one you can help. I've contacted customer support but they haven't helped. The songs that I've recently downloaded with the ID show up on my phone but I can't play them.
