new set of problems after unlocking/itunes and sound

Ok unlocked the 3g phone but now i dont have system sounds like keyboard clicks ringers mms alerts games etc. I have sound when playing videos.

Also when I go to Itunes it takes me to the set up as new phone or restore options. I would like to get my playlists on my phone. Any suggestions. I looked for threads with anyone having similiar problems but mine seems to be unique.

Im on the 4.2.1 the BB was updated to 6.15.00 I unlocked using redsn0w and cydia is installed etc.

yeah its strange I figured out the itunes I just restored from a previous back up all is good there still working out the sound issue

ok what a dummy who knew there was a mute button above the volume keys Duh!
