    Since I updated to ios 5 my daughter's apps have lost sound. All settings see, correct. Any ideas?

    Make sure the apps are up to date. Keep in mind there may be some that aren't updated by the developer.

    Also double check that the mute switch isn't down.

    Some of the game apps have the sound setting in the settings menu. Check to see that she has the sounds turned on in settings.
