I have an iPad 2 and an iPod Touch - has anyone got a valid reason why the iPod comes with a Weather app, but the iPad doesn't??

I use the weather app all the time on the iPod (being British it's something of a national obsession), and haven't really found a 3rd party app that I like...

Neither of the iPads come with a weather app, however, there are a few free weather apps in the app store that you can download.
