Photo Ignored by Photo Stream

So, has anyone noticed any photos not being uploaded to photo stream?

Almost all of my photos have been uploading with success to the photo stream when I get home and turn wifi on. The other day I noticed one photo hadn't. Just one. I tried cropping it and saving it and restarting the phone but nothing seemed to get it over to the photo stream.

Not sure why its ignoring this one photo. I even took this photo with the iphone itself.
