Email Delays

i have four email accounts setup on my 4s. 2 of them (one gmail and work) as Exchange Active Sync. And the other are gmail accounts were setup by clicking on gmail. The 2 exchange ones are set to for push and the other 2 are set for fetch every 15 minutes. Ever day there are times that I have to hit the refresh icon and then emails are synced and this is for all 4 accounts. I have tried restarting the phone and shutting push off restarting and then turning push back on. This still did not help. Anyone else have this problem or now how to fix. Thanks!!!!
