Im using the tethered version with the semi-tethered hack, its not really bad at all.

Redsnow has a great tethered jailbreak. It works really good. If it was available for the 4S I would have it on my new phone.

so i used redsnow with no problems,

just a question on the "semi tether"-once installed is that it,i dont need to do anything to be able to boot the phone if battery dies/reboots?

u will have limited functionality with " semi tether" .. u will have to do a tethered reboot when u get home.

all it does is : if u have to restart on the go...u can still make phone calls and txts and use some apps. so ur not stuck with a very good looking paper weight.
