What Are 5-10 Good JailBreak Apps to Look For When The 4s Gets Jailbroken?

This is my first iphone, and I'm actually looking forward to jailbreaking the device after reeding tipb and appadvice regardign some of the apps I can't get just yet that are for jailbreaking... More recently I was looking at the video of IntelliscreenX iOS5 and fell in love with the things it did. I'm sure I'll have to make my friend jailbreak the phone for me since I'm too luck to do it myself, but.. I'm curious to know what are 5 or 10 of the best jailbreak apps to look forward to?

Intelliscreen or sbsettings if you don't want everything that comes with intelliscreen.
Gridlock is nice too, I hate having apps and folders ruining the backgrounds.
Ifile
And I prefer dreamboard over winterboard. The really nice themes are wayyyyy to complicated on winterboard, dreamboard is extremely easy to set up and it's only getting better.
