Help With Reminders.

Hi, I updated to ios5 since the day it came out and its working perfectly fine, a few days later I updated a friends phone, and everything seemed good, when showing him the reminders feature I noticed he did not have the ability to use location based reminders(doesnt even show the option), I checked the location services and they were on, any other suggestions on how to make it work will be greatly appreciated.

Settings , location then toggle reminders to on .. If its not there maybe do a restore

The option for turning the location to on does not appear, I think its very weird.

By chance does your friend have an exchange account? You have to use a non-exchange account for the reminders

The reminders app is working, whats not working is the location reminder option, he can set reminders by date like one would normally do, but the option to set it by location doesnt even appear. I'll upload a photo of the non existant location option.
