Question about organizing photos

On my 4S I'd like to have two albums: the native Camera Roll for pics I take, and my own album of iPhone Wallpapers. I created a folder on my MacBook called "iPhone Wallpapers", and specified this folder to sync in iTunes. But now I have an extra album called Photo Library, with the same # of pics as my custom album.

I'm not sure where Photo Library came from. I'm guessing iOS or OSX or iTunes created this for me, though I'm not sure where, how, or where it's setting is. So with this, does anyone have a link or tips on how to accomplish the end goal of two albums?

Photo Library will contain ALL your synced photos. So if you make a second album called Family and sync that, you'll have Family (x number of pics), Wallpapers (y number of pics) and Photo Library (x+y number of pics). In essence, all the photos are in the Library and folders are just a way to navigate that.
