No Calendars Showing Up after update to IOS5 and I cant add events

Please can someone help? I updated my iphone to the new IOS5. Now I have no calendars. All of my previously entered events are gone and I can not add anything in the calendar or reminders?? When I click on Calendar it opens and says NO Calendar on the top.

I really need my calendar feature, id appreciate any help.
