No Playlist in Separate Video App?

It was possible to create video playlists with the iPod app in iOS 4, but now music and video are separate is this no longer possible?

I'm having the same issue...been trying to search the web and the general consensus is that we are unable to create video play lists. I'm going to have to have a look in iTunes or something to try and figure this out.
