What is the easiest way to transfer ringtones on IOS 5?

Is there an app that will allow me to make ringtones out of my mp3's and not have to sync with itunes? I hate having to be tethered to a computer to get my ringtones....is there any easier way to get them than the old way???

I'm sorry to say, but there isn't. You have have to tether to a computer.

Thanks....I was really hoping that they had changed this....maybe next time....I am pretty happy that we can now use ringtones for text alerts though! )
