Well, thats good from the like 100 problems I had with the iOS 4 update on my iPod Touch.

Did you check off the wireless syncing option in itunes in the menu when your phone is plugged in?

Yes, make sure Wireless Syncing is enabled from the device window on iTunes (sync it after you check it), and make sure both computer and iOS device are on the SAME Wi-Fi signal. It should work.

Also your iPhone needs to be plugged into the charger.
