Help installing iOS5 GM

Hey guys I am knew so I apologize if this is fairly dumb question.
I have downloaded the iOS5 GM and I am completely clueless on how to install it. If anyone can direct me, or lead to the proper sources. Thanks.

iOS5 will be released as an update today. Wouldn't it be easier to just wait?

Like he said, just wait about an hour and a bit and iTunes will take of it easily. Plug phone in and click software upgrade.

Hold shift and click "Restore" in iTunes, choose the .ipsw file you downloaded, and let it restore. Do a backup first by right clicking on the device and going to Back Up.

What about just clicking restore in iTunes. Doesn't it then check back to base that you have the latest iOS available in the correct iTunes location and (re)download it if necessary?
