iAds when switching apps

I noticed ads on my phone when it does it's carousel thingy. I tried to get a screen shot but can only get a blank page and the add. Anyone else see this. And hoe do I get rid of it. I'm jail broke with limerain and have winterboard, lockinfo paid version, bite SMS and metal gear theme. Running 4.3.3 on firm ware 4.10.01

I'm not seeing that on my iPhone 4. Did you try doing a soft reset? That might clear things up.
