Large icons on homescreen?

Does anyone have an issue with the icons only on there homescreen & lockinfo enlarged? it makes it difficult to get down to my slider & 4 icons on the bottom. I tried re-springing/starting and it stays the same. The icons on my second page are normal sized. anyone have an idea what went wrong?

Right now I am using an app in Cydia called "Shrink" and keep my icons set at 66%. However, even when not using Shrink my icons are the same.
