3gs Synced To another iTunes

I have a 3GS running 4.2.1 (8C148a) & 05.15.04, that is synced to another iTunes. If I unlock my 3GS using the iPad baseband, will I be able to sync it with my iTunes?

Unlocking 4.3.3 with iPad baseband?

If I sync to 4.3.3 or whatever it is now.... thru iTunes, can I unlock my 3GS using the iPad baseband?

I don't see any instructions on iClarified for unlocking 4.3.3. Can you explain how or point me in the right direction to get some instructions. Should I JB and unlock white on 4.2.1, and then sync with iTunes or will that take away the unlocking?
