Themes on IPad 2

I have tried using themes on the iPad 2 with the new jailbreak. It let's me download but when I choose them from winter board nothing happens. Any ideas why?

On my iPad 2, the icons for the theme worked but not the picture that went along with it so I uninstalled the theme. I wonder if this is a compatibility issue that will resolve itself one the Dev's update the themes and apps.
