Help with ViP4 Jailbreak

Trying to JB my Verizon iPhone using snowbreeze. I download everything i need. when i try to locate the ipsw file it doesnt recognize it in snowbreeze. my understanding is that i need up unzip it first, well when i do that, i get an error during the unzip saying "file cannot be incrypted" any ideas? im using a pc.

I concur. Ensure you use the latest version however.
