Changing SMS sound settings/Sound settings

How do I get the phone to Vibrate for Texts/Calls when the sound is off!?

Also, I don't want a sound for text, I just want a Vibrate!

How do you do this with a jail broken phone? since you cant do it stock!?

You can do this stock. You just go to setting, then sounds, then select on for Vibrate, and then select none for you text tone.

Edit: I'm not sure selecting none is the right option for what you want. I would just turn vibrate on and then keep the phone on silent.
