Updating to iOS 4.3.3

Hello,
I've got an officially unlocked iPhone 4 under 4.3 and I want to update to 4.3.3 in order to be able to jailbreak it.
My question is : Will I need an unlock after the update?

If your phone is officially unlocked from Apple it is hardware unlocked and nothing you do to it will lock it. Also Unlocking and Jailbreaking are two separate processes. So the best thing to do is upgrade to 4.3.3 via iTunes then go to iClarified - Apple News and Tutorials and look in Tutorials, iPhone, Jailbreak and pick your poison.

One question though, there is no jailbreak for iOS 4.3.0 right?

I don't know check the link and go through the versions there. Why would you want that version if there are tools for the newest version?

I get the feeling the OP meant 4.3.3 And if so, yes it can be jailbroken with redsn0w
