I recently upgraded my firmware to 4.3.1. Before I did I used AppBackup to back up my app store apps. Unfortunately AppBackup doesn't work on the new firmware. My apps are still backed up on iTunes. My question is can I restore my apps through iTunes without doing a full sync? I was told that when you upgrade your firmware and then rejailbreak always start from scratch.

In iTunes, in the left bar, right click on your device and select "restore from backup." This will let you choose a back-up to restore to your device without affecting the firmware.
