Using Word Docks Like Android

So I seen my Android friend with really cute "word" docks I even made this one below for my iOS/Android website

My question is, is it possible to somehow make these work for iphone...

I'd imagine so, there are all sorts of custom docks made for the iPhone, I guess you'd just have to make the dock images transparent and then use that image as your dock. I'm not sure how to make a dock theme though, maybe someone else knows the right place to place it..
