Help with my 4.2.1 jailbreak?

I was forced to restore and update my iPod to the new 4.2.1 from 3.1.3. I am jailbreaking it with greenpoison and all goes good until where I have to install cydia with the loader app. It says there's not enough memory but the device is practically empty and have 6 gigs free. What's happening? The only other thing is to use another jailbreak?

Try restoring to 4.2.1 again. Do a clean install no restore from back up.
