SnowCover Pro keeps crashing

I just paid and downloaded Snowcover pro on my iphone 4 but everytime I restart Springboard to use it or even set it up, the phone just keeps freezing on the lock screen and after about 5 minutes will restart and be in it safe mode, then if i try to restart it, it will do this same process over again.
Did I just pay for a dud?

There might be other apps that interfere or conflict with it maybe do a search or look at the description or info of the app. If not try un-installing reboot the phone and re-install otherwise find out who the developer is and write in to them.
