    What app in cydia let's me put icons wherever I want? Like say I want to put icons in the 3rd row but now the 2nd or 1st. Can someone help with this?

    I installed Gridlock hoping that I could keep the Home Screen free of icons (other than those in the dock).

    It does not seem to work. Every time I move the icons to another page and open an app, the screen is re-populated with the apps from the next page.

    Anyone know of a workaround solution for this?

    A few posts back, tlo07 suggested iBlank. There's another nonjailbreak method of inserting blank icons. You might want to try that on your home screen, so that the iPhone thinks there's something there when there isn't.
