Lockscreen not setting

Well for some reason i cant get my lock screen to set. What am i doing wroung. When i do try i get my lockscreen but the only thing different is the slide bar is gone...Anyone????

There is nowhere near enough info here for anyone to help. You need to give details: what exactly are you trying to do? What iOS version, device, etc?
