Icons no longer loading

I've installed a few different themes. At first, the ones that also included icons changed the icons as I guess it should have. Now when I set a theme, the icons don't change. Even in themes I had previously set that had changed the icons. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

I think I got it. There's a switch that toggles between summerboard and winterboard, not sure what it does, but one of the things it does is prevent an themes icons from showing up.
