Take picture, volume buttons stop working

iPhone 4, 4.2.1 tethered jailbreak.

Having a strange issue with my iPhone. As soon as I take a picture with any camera app, the volume buttons stop working. Respring doesn't help. Rebooting fixes the issue. Fortunately I rarely use the iPhone for audio (podcasts only), but still it's rather annoying to have to unlock the phone every time i want to adjust volume. Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?

restored and applied the new greenpois0n untethered break and everything works great!

I'm having this issue now & I really don't want to restore. Any suggestions on how else I could fix this? I believe there is a JB app to do this before 5.0, think that will work?

My volume button doesn't work for the camera app anymore at all. It does work for everything else, I usually don't use the volume button for the camera anyway so it's not bothering me now.
