Do any of you use Action Menu? I'm having trouble getting all the icons to show up...although I have icons enabled in Settings, the Cut icon never seems to show. I get all the others, but not Cut.

it'd be nice if this was 4.2.1 compatible..
I know I'm hoping there will be an update soon too
