Hacktivation help please !!!

hi i recently bought an at&t carrier locked iphone 4 and do not have a sim card for it to get it passed the activation screen and i have no idea how to get passed there i red ways to unlock and jailbreak it but i cant do any of that because im stuck at the activation screen can someone please help me out im a noobie at this for iphones
