Mywi v3 help please

Hi there,
I have only just JB'd my Iphone 3GS so new to all this.

I have recently got hold of a .deb file for myfi v3.4 I installed 'Iphone Browser' and copied the file to '/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall' (had to create the cydia/Autoinstall folders) and then rebooted the device via redsn0w.

How do I now get the app to work as there is no Icon displayed

Also is there a tutorial anywhere that helps you install apps not purchased from Cydia?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Install from Cydia and pay for the apps you use.

What exactly is the .deb file for?
