Theme with large icons for sight impaired

Theme with large icons for sight impaired Needed

Does anyone know of a Theme or app with large icons for the sight impaired and be able to enlarge all print also. I know that Zoom will enlarge some pages but not all. Mialan over on the iPad Forum needs to know, for his/her parents.

Can anyone help Mialan out. Let me know and I will pass it on.
