I have an iPhone 4 jailbroken on 4.1. Everything has been great for quite a while until today. I didn't download anything today and I noticed I no longer have access to my photos or videos. If I push the photo icon I get a white screen that comes up saying that there is no photos. There's a bar that loads at the bottom that says updating library and than it closes within seconds. I also cannot access the camera as the same white screen appears. I know the pics and videos are on the phone because when I connect the phone to my pc all the files are there. Also I see them in IFILE but the thumbnails don't show the pictures. Can someone please help me. I don't want to restore back. I really enjoy what jailbreaking has to offer. Thanks in advance.
Yeah I was thinking of that. If I check just photos will all my apps and music stay the same?
No, dont resync it like that. Right click on your device in the left hand column and select restore from backup. It will use your last backup (you will lose any data, texts or contacts since that backup date)
