With the news about Apples new attempt to block an unlock, are we going to have to wait until an exploit is found, or can we expect to see a 4.1 unlock? I know original plans were to wait for 4.2 to unlock....

well they already found the exploit in the basebands for 4.1 so i dont know why they havnt released it yet considering they said 1-2 days after release. with 4.2.1 out its makes it alot more complicated with the baseband signature check. Im not even going to bother upgrading my 3gs to 4.2.1, ill probably wait till 5.0 comes out unless newer firmwares have features i cannot live without.
