OpenSSH & Ifile help

I wanted to use the iweatherwidget for my iphone. I enabled it on winterboard and realize that you have to configure it within the files. I've googled and done some more research into OpenSSH and iFile but can't seem to find step by step on how to do this. I really don't want to mess anything up. I know my way around computers and technology so I'm sure I'll be able to if I get some solid information that I'm looking for. If anyone could let me know if I can configure the settings through ifile that would be great and how to do it. If not, any help with OpenSSH and how to do it through that would also be appreciated. Thanks.
