Problems opening some apps

Hi, I'm having some issues opening stuff I've downloaded in Cydia. Like the five icon doc, downloaded it but it's not working, can't find it in winterboard or settings or anywhere else?

Also having issues activating some things that are showing in winterboard and have the green check mark next to them. Like sharp sms, some wallpapers, apple wifi logos, blue battery, etc.

Any ideas why some work, some don't?? Thanks!

All depends on what's compatible with 4.1

Yeh need to tell us what software you're on, what phone, etc etc.

I usually see that behavior with apps/tweaks that aren't compatible with my current version of iOS.
