Please help steps for Jailbreak Iphone 4 4.0

Hey everyone, one of my really good friends is up in college at FSU and she has the Iphone 4, with 4.0 because she has never updated it.
So as far as i know and have read, she can still jailbreak her phone right?
But shes scared to do it, so i told her id ask on the forum and i hope someone can help me!
I'm gonna be skyping with her tomorrow, and im going to give her step by step directions on how to do the jailbreak if anyone can post here how to do so itd be greatly appreciated! THank you!

4.0 JB is simple. Using Safari on her phone, visit jailbreakme.com and follow the simple instructions (slide to unlock) one the site. Should take like a minute. Once it's done, Cydia = JB will be on device.
