jailbreak iphone help

hey guys...

i jailbroke my iphone 3gs week ago..n recently i had re-formatted my windows...so now i downloaded itunes again n it asks me to sync my apps..

it says once i do that all my apps will be deleted n replaced with apps in my itunes LIB ( which i got none )....what will happen if i sync? cydia will be erased? whats the best way to get my apps in itunes so i can organize my apps n stuff..

Backup ur purchases, ur apps, first before syncing ur iPhone. Syncing or backing up ur phone won't delete cydia, only way is if u upgrade ur firmware, then u lose ur jb.

FIRST tRansfer ALL your APPS on yuour iphone to iTunes. THEN SYNc. Nothing lost.

Steps to "Transfer Apps from iphone to iTunes:
1. File...
2. Choose "Transfer apps from iPhone to iTunes
3. BAM... SYNC
4. Your done.

ty for your reply..but will that transfer apps that i downloaded from cydia? like navigon GPS? i dint buy dem..i used installer..let me know thanks..
