Question from new jailbreaker ?

I am still clueless on how to some basic things ! I just installed a couple of themes from Cydia now how do I activate them ? One of them is for the lock screen and the other is for my home screen .

Did you install Winterboard? They might require that to work.

Yes I did install winterboard and checked to make sure themes are there !

Themes do show up in winterboard and are checked as well .

I know a lot of themes aren't ready for 4.0.x yet, maybe that's the issue?
