how do i transfer cydia apps and installous apps from jailbroken 3gs to iphone4

ive had my jailbroken 3gs for about two weeks now and i have a couple of paid apps that i dont want to pay for again or want to live without anymore like irealsms my question is ... is there a way to back up the apps that ive downloaded thru both cydia and installous so when i jailbreak the iphone 4 i get everything back? or do i have to just do everything manually all over again? thanks
