Please help with my iphone!

this is my problem.
my brother has an iphone 3g that he unlocked.
he got the new iphone 4 so he gave his 3g to me.
however, i was so stupid that i plugged to iphone and upgraded the firmware.
now it is saying that i need to activate the iphone.
i grabbed a old prepaid sim card to activate and to download the firmware through itunes, but it got the 1015 error.
so i tried using quickpwn after moving the stuff to "bin" folder but the quickpwn wouldnt work neither. now im stuck with an iphone 3g that is stuck on recovery mode.
please help me unlock it and make it work on the 3g once again.!!

Do it the easy way and borrow your brother's sim card. Put your phone in DFU mode and restore as new. Give your brother back his sim card and get on WiFi. Then go to jailbreakme.com and do your jailbreak. After that you'll have Cydia and will be able to get ultrasn0w to unlock.
