Jailbroken Apps Update Problem

Hey, first post...

I have two problems. #1 I download updates for my jailbroken apps, install them, but sometimes they either don't work, or the update list still shows that they need to be updated, even if they don't.

And if the second case is true, the App Store is showing updates for my JAILBROKEN apps, which never happened before, and it shows that my "Real Racing" app is 1.22, which is also what Installous says, but when I play the game, it's 1.23. Any ideas on a fix?
