from 3.1.3 spirit to OS4 clean install...but...

my 3.1.3 jailbroken phone had an issue with the camera so i completely restored, then updated to os4 then restored from my last backup, camera issues still there. They (apple folks) gave me a NEW 3gs i restore with latest backup after upgrading to 4.0...point is my phone isnt jailbroken anymore, its a completely new never JB phone and my ATT bar still has my custom logo like when it was JB'n...

confusing? i mean where it says at&t its says iThink.
whats this mean...can i jailbreak this new phone or whaa

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that there is little bits of your old jailbreak in your backup. I know it sounds like a pain, but you should start from scratch on this new phone, dont use your old back, as it still has some of the jailbreak info left inside of it. At least that is what I would do.

When you restore from backup there are some settings that are brought over from a jailbreak, but it DOESN'T mean you can jailbreak that device ( yet ). The carrier logo is one of those things that gets brought over from a backup.
