Customizing 3.1.3

So here's the scoop. I'm trying to change around my iPhone 2g to look like iOS4, i'm a dork, because it will never actually be getting it. I have most of it down, the dock, background.

What I need help with:
-Something to make the status bar semi-transparent
-A folder system (not sure if this exists yet)

I've been poking around Cydia, but haven't found anything yet. Was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

They don't have folders available but u can get categories from cydia for free. It let's u create folders for ur different apps. It doesn't up as quick as folders for iOS4 but I like it. Helps keep everything nice, clean and organized.

Update: this is what i have so far. Still need a way to make the status bar semi-transparent. Any ideas?

There's an app in cydia that's called "transparent status bar". Think that's what ur looking for.
