Help with 3GS

I have a 3gs 16gig. I would like to unlock it and jailbreak it but i dont know if i have an old or new bootrom.

My serial number is:80013YBZ3NP
Baseband: 05.13.04
bootloader: 6.4
Model: MC135

Can anyone tell me if this is the old or new bootrom and can I unlock it?

Taken from a few posts back on the main page:

"An easy way to tell if you have an older or newer bootrom is to check your serial, if the 4th and 5th digits are 40 or less, you?ve got an older bootrom. (ie ? if my serial was 8B4387323 I?d be okay as my phone?s 4th and 5th digits are 38)"

According to that it looks like you have the old bootrom.

What OS are you using? It looks like iOS 4 because of the 05.13.04.

Have you been jailbroken before? If you're on iOS 4 and you never jailbroke pre-spirit I'm fairly certain you can't jailbreak or unlock your 3gs.

Yes I am using OS 4.0 and I don't think my phone was ever jailbroken or unlocked. I bought this phone online so I'm not sure If its ever been jailbroken or unlocked but I don't think it has been.
