Locked Iphone 3GS Jailbreaken + Unlocken

Hello,

I have an iPhone which crashed for some reason. Then it got bricked, showing only the apple logo forever. Someone managed to get it up again and he "restored" the iPhone with iTunes. Not using the Shift+restore trick.

It was an iPhone 3GS 3.1.2 unlocked an jailbroken with Blackra1n
Now it is a 3.1.3 with, I assume AT&T carrier lock. (the box says) Where we dont have a card for, here in the Netherlands.

I've tried multiple things,
downgrade with iTunes:
to 3.1.2 - device not ingible or someting
to 3.1 device not ingible or someting
to 3.0 device not ingible or someting
Blackra1n simply shows black screen and stops by "running"
Redsnow (win) does something with the 3.1 and 3.0 ipsw's but then it boots with the "just boot thethered now" and it is 3.1.3 again.
Custom firmwares with iTunes, with the saurik server, fail error 1600.

Is there anything to get this iPhone alive or is it doomed to be a emergency phone only?

When he updated your phone to 3.1.3, he updated your baseband which is what is use to make, receive phone calls an messages. It's also the file that needs to be patched to be unlocked. FOR NOW, your phone is going to be unusable. Once 4.0 comes out, and they release a jailbreak and an unlock for it, you'll be able to use your phone again.

The way it's looking, you'll have a month or so to wait before that happens.
