Question about a widget in Cydia??

I recently jailbroke my 3gs of course with Spirit, but after searching through Cydia I found an download that is called IHTC Weather. It looks great for the lock screen, but I cannot figure out how to set my city for the weather. It says to SSH to your phone to stash/themes to set your cities weather. How exactly do I do this? I am a first time jailbreaker, take it east on me.

I assume you are on Windows. If you are on a Mac, there are alternatives to winscp....check the link and you'll find out what winscp is.

I wish I could help you, but it was an 18 step process on windows.
